I recently ordered a box of brownies as a gift for my son and his family, who have just relocated from the UK to Gockhaussen. The ordering process was very easy and straightforward, and the packaging looked lovely.
Unfortunately, the brownies were delivered to their mailbox. As they've just moved from the UK and aren't yet used to checking their mailbox regularly, they didn't find the parcel until four days later. By then, the brownies had melted into a slushy mess due to the hot weather.
This was our first time ordering from this company, and while the delivery outcome was disappointing, I don't feel it was entirely their fault. The ordering experience was excellent, and the presentation was impressive. I'd certainly be willing to give them another try in the future.
From abroad i was able to send a nice treat to my friend. She loved it!
