Cold water. Warm people. A little more joy this winter.

We started Ice KULA last winter – and loved it so much that we decided to keep going.

Once a month, we meet at Mythenquai Badi for a guided cold-water dip with certified cold-water coach Martina Lenk, followed by hot chai, freshly baked KULA brownies and time to warm up together.

We start in October, while the lake is still a little milder, and continue together through the winter.

And this year, it’s on us – the sessions are completely free. 💛

It's free to join

The sessions are completely free. We just ask you to register ideally at least 48 hours in advance so we know how much chai to prepare — and how many brownies to bake.

Feeling spontaneous? You’re still welcome to turn up on the day — we just can’t guarantee there’ll be a brownie waiting for you 😉
