Why do we do this to ourselves?

Winter can be a lot — grey skies, short days, low motivation — so we’re turning cold water into something that feels good, together.

We started cold dipping during Covid and felt the shift: less Sunday scaries, calmer minds, fewer colds — and that joyful high (and proud grin) when you climb back out. Studies suggest cold dips can support mood and stress; we’ve felt it first-hand.

With Martina Lenk, a certified cold-water coach, we’re making it a community thing. We start in October so your body can ease into cooler lake temps, then meet once a month through winter — for ourselves and for each other (with tea and KULA brownies after).

What to expect

  • Guided, beginner-friendly swim with coach Martina Lenk in Lake Zurich
  • Breathing + safety briefing, then a short dip
  • Warming up together with hot tea and a KULA brownie
  • Friendly faces, a little pride in what you’ve done — and that electric buzz after the cold

Why you'll love it 🤍

Winter feels better when we do hard things together. Ice KULA Sundays gives you a gentle push and a cosy reward.

  • Beginner-friendly guidance from certified cold-water coach Martina Lenk.
  • Mood boost & resilience — a calm 1–3 minute dip to steady the mind and lift your Sunday.
  • Tea & KULA brownies after (Vegan or Classic) — warm up together and savour the glow.
  • Community & accountability — meet good people, feel proud, make winter feel lighter.
  • Ease in, month by month — we start in October so your body can adjust as the lake cools.
  • Feel-good impact — your ticket covers coaching, a KULA 2-Box (CHF 13 value) and a donation to charity (we don’t profit).
