The Swiss postal system works a little differently than in other countries – the name on the mailbox must match the name on the KULA parcel. Otherwise, it won’t be delivered.

At KULA, we believe every brownie should arrive as a delightful treat, beautifully packaged and ready to make someone smile. Here’s how we package and deliver our brownies to suit your gifting needs:

Occasion Boxes (e.g., Happy Birthday, Thanks, Feel Better)

• Perfect for special moments, our Occasion Boxes contain 8 brownies, packaged in a sleek magnetic box with a stylish sleeve tailored to the occasion.

KULA Signature Collection (Our Classic Range)

Our Signature Collection offers a choice of 4 or 8 brownies, each thoughtfully packaged to match your needs:

• 4 Brownies: Delivered in a compact, letterbox-friendly cardboard box. Affordable, practical, and ideal for sending joy through the mail with lower postage costs.
• 8 Brownies: Packaged in our premium magnetic box with the standard KULA sleeve. Elegant, reusable, and perfect for larger gifts or sharing.

Delivery

• Order Cut-Off: Brownies ordered before 10 a.m. Monday-Thursday will be delivered the next day.
• Delivery Days: We deliver from Tuesday to Friday.
• Saturday Deliveries: Delivery with Swiss Post on Saturdays is possible but incurs higher costs. Please contact us directly to arrange a Saturday delivery.
• Freshly Baked & Shipped: All KULA brownies are freshly baked and shipped with Swiss Post, ensuring your gift arrives in perfect condition.
• No matter which option you choose, every KULA brownie is made with the finest Swiss ingredients to deliver a moment of pure joy. 💌

Our brownies are best enjoyed fresh, and we recommend storing them in the fridge where they will stay delicious for up to 7 days from the day you receive them. If you'd like to keep them for longer, brownies can be frozen.

To freeze, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap or foil, then place them in an airtight container or freezer bag. They can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.

When you're ready to enjoy them, simply thaw at room temperature or warm gently for a freshly baked taste.
