The Swiss postal system works a little differently than in other countries – the name on the mailbox must match the name on the KULA parcel. Otherwise, it won’t be delivered.
Please double-check that the name is correct before placing your order – that way, your Box of Joy arrives safely. 💛
Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for incorrectly addressed parcels that can’t be delivered.

Our brownies taste best fresh! We recommend storing them in the refrigerator, where they will stay delicious for up to 7 days after delivery.
If you’d like to store them for longer, you can freeze them. Wrap them tightly in cling film or aluminium foil and place them in an airtight container or freezer bag. They will keep for up to 3 months.
To enjoy, simply defrost at room temperature or warm briefly in the oven to bring back that freshly baked taste. For the best flavour experience, we recommend enjoying the brownies within the suggested timeframe.
